Hi All, I am a new poster and I need some help by an expert. Over the winter I was duck hunting in Ohio and I got into some thick ice. Unfortunately, I did some damage to my motor. I managed to break off the trim tab, inlet screen and some other things that are still yet to be discovered. Bummer.... So I have a question, I noticed I am also missing 3 other parts. They are 27-823942 | GASKET, 32-8M0026108 | TUBE and 19-824928001 | PLUG. I have attached a link to the illustration showing the actual parts. They are listed as 40, 41 and 42. http://www.crowleymarine.com/mercury-outboard/parts/2687_250.cfm Can someone please tell me what exactly these are used for? I am a complete loss with these. Also, can I run without them for a while? It appears the parts are hard to come by :-( Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Awesome forum by the way!!
