1998 Force 90hp Exhaust Leak

According to the manual the cylinder exhaust upper gasket seems to have failed (see attracted pictures). It’s a small trickle but I’m concerned it could lead to worse problems. I’d have to pull the power head to replace it - not sure if the the juice is worth the squeeze.

Anyone with more experience tell me how big of an issue this is and if I should try and replace it?

Thats usually where they leak
You can try filling the crack with sillycone or pull the head and reseal.
I had this happen and ran it like that for a while until I had time to fix it.

In my opinion it is an easy job to remove powerhead and replace the gasket.----There is a risk of water spraying inside the cowling.-----That moisture might be drawn in through carburetor.----That could scrap the engine !
