Anyone have the sync and link sequence for this engine handy? Engine is not starting well (starts great on first kick of the starter one time then nothing next time) or idling smoothly. Good compression 135-140 on all cylinders, strong spark, new fuel filter and fresh fuel, Sparks plugs are new. When he owner took it off the trailer it would only run out at about 10 mph, wouldn't get up to plane at all. Carbs were cleaned and rebuilt last year. Should they be cleaned again? Hoses look good and feel good, no splits, hardness or tears or other damage noted.
