looking for opinions on a fair price to pay for this motor. 1998 DT225TC efi 2.7L

low hours, great physical and mechanical condition, great compression, includes controls, gauges and new SS prop.

I can't seem to find any comparable for sale to get an idea of what I should pay for this. I need to make a decision soon so if anyone has a solid idea I would appreciate it.

Oh and he is asking $4500 for it which seems high to me. Thanks
