1998 90hp mariner warning horn

I have a 1998 90hp mariner serial number OG6 and up . Need some help with over heat buzzer sounding off at 4200 rpms. I've done water pump, poppet valve, new temp sender, thermostat, and new oil tank. Not to sure what else I can do. I let of throttle and it quits . Any help would be great. Ty.

Replace buzzer in quicksilver 2000 ,was out today and buzzer went off again. Slow down to idle and it stopped. It's a rebuilt power head so passages should be clear, maybe something in the mid section ???
