1998 8HP 2-stroke -- Threads for ignition coil bolt are stripped

Was very hard to start.
Turned out that the bolt that holds one of the ignition coils in place
was spinning. The ignition coils are on a "tower" above the cylinders.
It looks like that tower cannot be easily replaced. What is the best thing?
Use helicoil? The material looks to be aluminum.
The electrical connection is important...it serves as a ground.
With a good ground it starts on the first pull!

The bolt through the ignition coil is an M6-45mm.
There is no room for a larger diameter bolt.

But, it looks like I got lucky....the threads don't just go into the casting and come to an end.
The hole goes all the way through and out the bottom.
I can get a longer bolt, clean the paint off the underside of the tower and install a nut.

I'm guessing that some other people have had this happen....easy fix!
