I have a 1998 35hp Evenrude 3
I have a 1998 35hp Evenrude 3 cyl that will temporarily drop RPM's from 5600 to 4000 . This lasts only 3-4 seconds and than it regains full RPM's. Also when this problem started it became hard to start the motor and it idles badly and stalls if throttle is not advanced.
Spark plugs? Fuel filter? coil? powerpack?
