motor will run all day but whe

motor will run all day but when you drive up on trailer it will bog down within 2-3 minutes. checked floats in carbs and cleeaned all jets and needle and seat is perfect.It has some thing to do with incline at boatramp. Primer ball is full of gas. Does anyone have any ideas
