run motor at idle for 30 seconds

pull spark plugs

if wet, bad fuel pumps

E-Z-er test

pull fuel pumps, 2-10MM bolts

pump fuel bulb, if you see fuel weep out of pulse hole (between 10MM bolts) bad pump

i like spark plug technique , no gaskets replacement needed!
