1997 Yamaha 200YXRV TiltTrim Problems

"I'm having problems with tilt on motor (S200TXRV). Tilted motor full up to check fluid in reservoir and now it will not go down. The reason I checked reservoir level was pump was sounding like it might have been cavitating. Level was good in reservoir. Any help will be appreciated.

might be a bad switch or trim relay

"It was neither, evidently it was air locked. I used manual lowering screw and motor started lowering with trim unit after it moved appoximately an inch. Started lowering and then raising motor and bleeding at top of tilt cylinder. After about a dozen times all air was removed from system and it is working like a champ again.
