I have a 1997 OMC outboard tha

I have a 1997 OMC outboard that runs fine up to 4000RPM. Above 4000RPM it starves for gas. If I squeeze the ball when running above 4000RPM it runs fine. The fuel filter seems to be ok.

"Thanks for your help, I cleaned the filter and will try a new bulb. Would there be any other fuel filter in the boat other than the one under the cover on the motor? It is a 1998 Four Winns Horizon 17' fish n ski with on board fuel cell."
