1997 ocean pro 150 issue

i have a 1997 150 ocean pro runs out of the water but will not in the water. I replaced the carb gaskets, did carb rebuild kits, new bowls, new fuel lines, water separator, bulb, plugs, and other gaskets that I found to be leaking on the fuel system and also cleaned out the carbs. It ran fine the first 7 times out then just shut down and wouldn't run without the choke on. after a few tries it started working fine with out the choke so I trailered it to the house then did all the above over a couple weeks. on my test run it idled but would not get up on plane just bogged down and died. I got it to idle back to dock and while on idle had fuel running out the air intake of all 6 carbs. any help would be greatly appreciated. THANKS

I'm having same issue with the 1997 200 but went a different route I changed the fuel/water separator and changed out the wires from the coils to the plugs, still having problems. I'm going to get some Sea Foam, buy/borrow a timing light and compressor tester for the next phase of this.
