"just got this engine and supposedly just had the impellor replaced but can't get it to shift and have had the lower off again and to see if it was installed with the shifter in the right position. the tiller grip will not shift it will and the shifting linkage will not let it switch gears it will go from forward to neutral but not into reverse. Does anyway know a trick or a reinstall error I made. Thanks, Bill"
