1997 Johnson Wont Run

I have a 1997 Johnson 115 hp m

I have a 1997 Johnson 115 hp motor that will start when the primer key is held down and it will run for 10 to 15 seconds and die out. I cleaned all the carbs and replaced the vapor separator. Could the fuel pump be shot. I believe its not sucking gas on it's own. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
 
Before keep on testing be sure

Before keep on testing be sure You use premixed fuel. If VRO not working -no oil!
Try using the primer bulb as pump and see if that helps.

Thanks for the tip but my engine has oil injection with it's own oil reservoir so I can't mix the gas my self. I tried using bulb to keep it running but had no luck with that either. I hope I can figure it out soon or I will have to take it to a dealer.

I did not mess with low needles. Should I try to run it from a fuel source other than gas tank in boat? Maybe gas in tank is no good. Thanks jwbmarine."

"This engine should have a 'quick start' feature. As soon as started, no need to keep feathering the choke when first started. Use a 5 gal can with premix for testing, or add oil in the fuel tank giving 2% mix until problem is solved. Just leave the oil tank as is. There is no 'oil injection', the VRO mixes oil in the pump chamber before fuel gets into the carbs."
