" Last season it was running perfect. Set up over Winter. Took it out (with fresh oil & fuel) and it seemed to run well at low speed, but when I gave it a fair amount of throttle it would bogg down after about 4 seconds, sputter and with very little power. If I let it idle for a brief time it would run like normal again for 4 seconds then bogg down again. Things I've already done: replaced plugs, inline fuel filter, new fuel tank and hose, cleaned all three carb's (found some water), inspected both fuel pumps (plenty of pressure), sprayed carb's with cleaner and added OMC 2+4. I keep wondering about the S.L.O.W. feature and if it is acting up. What have I missed? "
