1997 E225 no spark

I have a Evinrude e225txeud with no spark. These are the things I have replaced with new ones, Kill Switch, Ignition Key ,Rectifier, Timer Base, Stator, Plugs, Plug wires, coil packs and shift interupter switch. Still no spark

Charge the battery and load test it.----Take starter apart for ohm check,=.----No $$$ spent so far,-----If flywheel spins too slow there will be no spark.----Remember no one can see , feel or hear your motor.
