I have a 1997 70hp Johnson and over the past 2 weeks after using the boat to either ski or troll for about 2 hours of running time I let the boat sit for about an hour and when I go to start it up it will start but when I put it into gear it will boggs down and stalls. This only happens after using it and then letting it sit. I have changed the plugs and also the fuel filter. I have also adjusted the carbs by gently sitting the screws and turning them back out 3 turns but still the same proplem Any advise thanks
