1997 40 hp 10 mm thin wall socket

I have carburetor rebuild kits for my 1997 40 hp. The kits come with new float jet seats, which a normal 10 mm socket cannot get to. I have watched videos online which say that a 10 mm thin wall socket is needed. I have not found anyone that sells thin wall sockets, other than impact thin wall sockets which are no thinner than a standard socket. Does anyone have a suggestion where I may be able to purchase a 10 mm thin wall socket or any other tool that may do the job? Thank you for any suggestions.

Just buy a cheap 10 mm socket and turn the OD down on a bench grinder until it clears what ever it needs to clear.
