Hello Please help!
I have a 225 MAriner CArb engine serial# 0G001709,
# 2 cylinder looks dry like its not getting fuel i have 125 lbs compression on all 6 and good spark i changed all the fuel lines and a new fuel pump and filters the plug gets black within a few minutes of running it.
the motor lost all power and we had to idle back to the dock.
I will check the temp and the tps sensors next could it be a bad ecm?? Thoughts.. I just dont understand why the plug is black and dry.
