have a 1997 Merc 115 ELPTO 3 cyl 2 stroke . Ongoing issue with motor running at WOT.
Motor is running great then there is instantaneous Cut out and back to life. acts like loss of electrical.
Just had in shop for 20 hrs of work and NEW wire harnes, clean sync carbs, new fuel lines, new gas, new plugs. Motor does not cut have siyptom when run on dyno.
I am beginning to suspect Mercury / Quicksilver 881170A13 Remote Control-Side Mount Zz.
Anyone had any similar Experiences and any resolutions?
