1996 Tohatsu M40C stern brackets?

I recently got a beautiful boat in a trade deal........Only to realize the swivel bracket had been broken and welded......and the assy no longer lines up good enough to lock the motor down.I bought the replacement swivel bracket,only to find the stern clamp bracket is wrong.........The tilt adjust pin on the transom brackest would have to be about a half inch lower.....

My swivel bracket is part number 349s62310-0..................does anyone have compatible transom brackets to sell?or the complete swivel and transom bracket assembly?

The current part is 349S623102 SWIVEL BRACKET. If used on older motors, you will indeed need additional parts.
