1996 Mercruiser Tilt/trim

I have a 1996 sea-ray 3.0 Alpha I. I am unable to lower the stern, it does have power and sounds like it always has but will not move it is currently in trailer position. Worked last season but no go this one.

If it was stored in the full up without releasing the up pressure they may be frozen and the down pressure cannot get them to move.Try reversing the hyd lines at the pump and use the higher "up" pressure to start them moving.
Once free, re reverse the hyd lines

Thank you, they were air locked everything is free up.
