I just started having a problem that maybe someone can help with my Merc 200 EFI. When I put the boat in gear I have no problems but when I idle for like 3 seconds I hear 1 or 2 loud clunks then it stops and I can run for as long as I want with no issues? Is the something wrong with shifter cable adjustmetns that are not getting into gear correctly? Like I stated only at slow idle after first putting it into gear If I stop and idle after running no issues.
