1996 Mariner 30 hp high speed problem.

Hello everyone I am new to the forum, I bring a problem that I need help.I have a 1996 Mariner 30 hp that will change everything electrical components and rebuild the fuel pump and the carburator too.Its run good in mid trottler and idle speed.The problems is high speed is turned off, as not only does it pumping gas from the primer bulb manually, i change the gas line and connectors and nothing change.The tank look good .Please help me, i not know what else to do !!

Is the vent in the tank open?

PS to all: How can these (dopey) new fuel tanks without a vent work? Is there a check valve to allow air to enter as fuel is drawn out?

I keep open the fuel tank vent ,but still with the problem, i will check the tank today, i let you know.
