Please help me continue my troubleshooting/diagnosing....
Here's what I've done/checked so far:
1. all 4 carbs re-built (I assumed this was reason for not being able to throttle up from moving slowly fwd; and carbs were never re-built in the past, I am orig owner; 2019 was the last yr it was idling/running before I rebuilt carbs.)
2. new gas fed in just upstream of factory gas line primer bulb.
3. fuel confirmed at all 4 cyls/plugs (plugs are visually wet with fuel; plugs smell of fuel)
4. spark confirmed at all 4 plugs (visual only)
5. cyl compression confirmed for all 4 cyls: ave 127-139 psi
6. synchronized/confirmed TDC at cyl #1 (top starboard cyl)
