I want to vacuum/pressure test

I want to vacuum/pressure test my fuel pump.The only limits I can find id for the engine running and warmed up. Is there anything I can do to perform a cranking test?

"Thanks JW. I gave it a try and am getting good supply to the bottom carb, mediocre to the middle and none to the upper. I ordered a fuel pump repair kit. Hope this does the trick!"
 
Did you remove the fitting at

Did you remove the fitting at the pump (one hose ) to do this test?.What is your motor doing to make you think fuel supply is the problem????
