1996 Johnson 115 hp

Right side facing back of engine has 90psi in both cylinders wet goes up to over 100 psi. Left side has 120psi in both cylinders dry. Is this motor shot . It still runs Thanks

This sounds expensive.-----But there are 2 different 115 HP motors in 1996.----Post the model # here.

Remove cylinder head where you had the 90 PSI.----You will likely see the damage from broken piston rings.---Post pictures if you like more info on the path forward.
