I have a 1996 evinrude 130 v4, I am trying to pull the lower unit off to replace the water pump. I removed the shift shaft bolt at the top under the carbs and all the bolts on the lower unit, as the lower unit starts to come off it comes almost all the way off then stops like something is stuck. The spot where the shift shaft comes out has rust build up could that be stopping it from coming out? Thanks
