"I have no spark at my plugs. I unpinned the Black/Yellow wire from the 5 pin connector to eliminate a ground causing the no spark condition. Still, I have no spark.
Just removed the Magneto and found a ring loose, but magnet still glued in place is this suppose to be loose? It lookes like it was maybe glued in place. My question is if it was glued, could this be the problem? How do I know where to glue it back. It has to slits 180 degrees apart and it looks like one little indexed notch but I can't seem to find a detent for it to rest in. There is a white mark inside the flywheel. Could this be what I alight the notch with. Can I just reglue it in place. My model # engine is a E50TLEDS

Thanks
Richard"

""Many flywheels have the center magnets locked in to the center portion of the flywheel via a epoxy material of some type, then covered with a plate that surrounds them, leaving small slots in the covering that excites and engages the sensors to trigger the SCLRs in the circuitry/powerpack etc.

If your flywheel has this type setup, check that area for a possible melting and shifting of the covering ring."

Found this post in another thread and it describes my flywheel pretty well. Its the covering ring that is moving and It looks like it was glued at one time. I think it may have slipped and I'm trying determined how to index and reglued."
