"I have just rebuilt the fuel pump on my 1996 30hp evinrude electric start, with the kit. After done, found a small blue round plastic piece in my work tub, about the size of the head of a pin. Did I miss something? Runs fine without it & it looks like the only place it could fit is on the stem of one of the check valves"
