Hello,
I have a TB350 XLI. Everything appears to function. Fuel pump turn on, motor turns over. I thought that maybe the coil was bad.
I swapped the coil with the starboard engine and the motor fired up okay. So i think the coil is good.
I checked the coil wire input to the distributor cap with a screw driver to the cap no spark. I think the fuel pump is providing fuel to the throttle body.
I checked the distributor the cap and rotor looked old. I changed the cap and rotor and the distributor ignition input module.
Still no spark. I'm thinking there must be something going to ground. Does anybody have any ideas?
Thanks for your time.
