1996 88 spl bogging

"I just bought a 1996 88 spl.

"I just bought a 1996 88 spl. the motor has low hours (120) and in great cond. I put new plugs,cleaned carbs,flushed fuel tank,fresh fuel,installed mater seperation filter 10 micron. at wot the motor runs great for about 10 min then bogs down completly. I have to slide back to idle then I can go right back to wot no problem and Ideas???"

"When you cleaned the carburetors, did you actually manually clean the high speed jets with a piece of single strand wire (or something of your choice)? If not, do so as cleaning solvent doesn't usually clean those jets thoroughly.

If clogged somewhat, the result is what you're experiencing."
