"This is my first time ever posting,thanks for your patience.
Im looking at a 38 ft trojan express,its got 2
502 crusaders,I had an engien survey.
It looks like it needs manifolds & risers.
Question: is this a difficult job?
Question 2 is this model boat known to have any major problems(anyone out there own one)
Also told one transmission needs to be re-sealed or rebuilt.
Question:how much should this cost (approximet)"

Figure a grand for the exhaust system (if you do the work). THe trans will have to come out for resealing--expensive.

"Danny, I have a 1995 trojan

"Danny, I have a 1995 trojan 350exp with Crusaders 454XLs. The boat is great with no known problems. Before I bought mine (2yrs ago) I did all the research as you are doing. I did have someone say some Trojans had a stringer problem. Hard to tell. The only problem I have, is whenit rains, Iget some water in the bilge. Dont know where it comes from. The best thing, is Carver Yachts has all the info and replacement parts for Trojans."
