So I'm a new guy to the Forum and looked the best I could for the torque spec's for my 1996 Evinrude motor, dang bees decided the water tube would be a good place to raise a family, before my boy noticed water not coming out the tube it was too late, compression check showed 60 PSI on each cylinder, got a price at a local shop and decided to give it a try myself, have done several snowmobiles and a few dirt bikes but this is my first marine motor, cylinders both honed up nice and have a good cross hatch for seating the rings, now going back together with it and need to torque spec's, would also be handy to have the ring gap and cylinder bore spec's as well.
