Its a Johnson Outboard.

"Any cowling fom mid 80 and up will fit, but if You want the particular design, send it to a paintshop and order the stickers from a dealer. Just notice that there are two versions:Electric start and manual start. Local bone yeard or e-bay could be good sources."
