1996 225 merc carb model is sneezing at low rpm and idle

This thing runs good at high r

This thing runs good at high rpm but when I go to troll it starts sneezing and then cuts off. Also after it starts its sneezing bit it is hard to get it going again. It wants to bog down and cut off when I give it some gas.

sneezing means u r running lean or reeds are going
