1996 150 hp EFI 2 Stroke Not starting HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had this boat for two years and it has been excellent. I just recently sold this boat to a friend and the first time he tried to use it today it is just cranking over and over again. It will not try to fire at all. So we put new plugs and fuel filter in and nothing happened just cranked over again. We are getting spark and good fuel pressure we believe? Any ideas or recommendations would be excellent.

Did you check the safety switch on your shifter/throttle??..The one that you hook up to you life jacket.

Yes checked it. I broke down and took it to the shop. I guess over the winter the Oil swelled up and displaced the gas in the VST mixing tank and once he drained it primed the system back up fired right up without a problem and is running good. It atleast made sense when he explained it to me plus he had it fixed and ready to go in 30 minutes so pretty inexpensive fix overall.
