1996 150 60 degree problems. Help!!

I have a 1996 Johnson 150 ocean Runner and I need some help please. I bought the motor about 4 years ago and it was in the shop about 3 years ago. The power pack was replaced and the carburetors cleaned the motor ran great started right up every time. I recently put it on the back of a bass boat. I knew it probably wouldn't fire right up but I tried anyway after mounting it on the back of the bass boat. And as I suspected it wouldn't just start right up like it did before. So I broke all the carburetors down clean them all out rebuilt some of them put new fuel bowls on the bottom of all of them because the old ones were warped. Once I did that it would run but took forever to start and stay running once I put it in neutral. Now I can't even get the thing the Run he'll turn over for about five or six seconds then it would pop off like it wants start for a second and then it's back to trying to start it all over again. I know the motor runs good when everything is squared away just can't figure out why it won't start and run.

First thing is to check your compression. Then check the spark. Should jump a 7/16" on a open air gap spark tester.

I have 115 on all cylinders. Did a spark test as we'll and that shows all good too.

Squirt some premix fuel in the carb throats once when trying to start it and see what happens.

Drain carburetors.------Then use a portable tank and hose to see if it will run on that.
