"I have a 1996 15 HP Johnson and it doesn't have the same top speed it had at the beginning of the season. I have put carb cleaner in, change the gas hose, changed the plugs, drained the carb, removed any line in the prop and it still doesn't have any speed. Anyone have any other ideas? Thanks in advance."
