1996 115 merc.intermittent power loss

Can fell power loss/vibration when running at steady speed, last about 4 - 5 seconds. Thought it was hub spinning in prop-had that replaced, still doing the same thing. Is it true that once you spend prop/hub has to be replaced?

Yes, or they get much worse.

Sounds like fuel starvation problems. Look for an air leak in the fuel system, or a bad vent on the tank. If not, the FP may need a rebuild.
