1995 mercury 90 outboard has no spark

We got a 1995 mercury 90 outboard that won't start it turns over just fine this weekend we put it in the water it fired up right off the bat then died and it never started again there plenty of fuel getting to the spark plugs but there's no spark to ignite it I though possibly the coil packs but I don't see all three coils going out at the same time any thoughts on what could be the problem we need help
