"I have repaced the impeller but there was no damage its pumping pleny of water out ,running no thermostats still over heats the engine/boat always trailered and rinsed the only thing I noticed was I had about 2 inches I could lower engine mount down also some said try these water deflectors that allow more water to be taken in"

"can you find out which cyl is overheating or which side is overheating using a infer red temp tester, posible blocked passage or is it just the alarm going off"

I have a 93 200hp that gives heat warning. I also pulled apart to find h2o pum good. Did notice carbon in the telltail water oulet. I think I have a bad head gasket. Doesnt show up on comp test which is 132psi.
