1995 Johnson 150hp Ocean Runner leaking engine oil

I have a 1995 Johnson 150hp Ocean Runner it runs great but smokes when starting after it has been running. Excess oil runs out inside the engine housing and into the water after you turn it off. Is there to much oil pressure? Can it be adjusted? Is there some other problem?

Sounds like the engine has been run on Pennzoil and is loaded up. Decarb the engine and start using Johnson/Evinrude XD50 oil.

Maybe your premixing too rich,Penzoil is crappy oil. Pull plugs and take a look at them
