Take it for what it's worth, but I only use OEM manuals specific for the year motor I'm working on. More and better info. Go to shop.evinrude.com, look up your motor in the parts diagrams and maybe you'll get some ideas. What are you trying to do ??
Well now I feel like a big dummy! Yes, I went there and went into the 'parts' section but the only diagrams I could find were basically the same as those here in Marine Engine. It shows the shift linkage there. Look up cyl and crankcase.
