im having a problem with my tilt/trim,
the motor runs fine but there are times when it wont go up or down.he relays are ok the motor is fairly new it just runs . then after a few time it sounds like it is"catching up". it woks fine after that.
I pulled the cap off of the res. bottle it seems full

Check for corrosion on connections,check fuse holder, Is it leaking fluid? Have you tested switch wiring? possible bad ground on motor. check harness on port side. Switch on starbord side goes under carbs to port side to harness
