E10FREL EOC I purchased a 16' pontoon with a Evinrude 4 stroke 9.9, a week ago our first journey to the lake the motor ran great start stop numerous times. Last Sunday we went out again and the motor would not start not a pop. At home I checked all the usual gas filters etc. All fine. I checked the spark and zero. In all my searches it sounds like the power unit. Is there a way to check the power unit??????? Please someone help my wife wants to go boat! I found the part on eBay but before spending that much I need a better clue. I'm just a poor disabled vet that needs help.
