When I first launch the boat and try to plane it off, it spits and sputters and cuts out. I have to gradually increase the throttle until it finally quits sputtering an then it will run fine for the rest of the day. No more sputtering even wide open. Next time I launch it, same thing. Replaced fuel pump, no help. Cleaned carbs in place, no help. Help.
