1995 Evinrude 15hp help

[Hillbillysharpshooter]

Hello all, new here. I need some help on my 15hp. It was given to me a few years back by a buddy. I just rebuilt the carb to start using it but i dont think the throttle cable was hooked up and dont know where to connect it to. Can someone please help with a pic or something so i can connect it?

I dont see anywhere to connect the cable on the side the cable is routed to.

Attaches to arm #47 with pin #49 -----That should put the adjustable anchor ( black plastic ) of the cable near a bolt to attach that.
