I have a 1995 evinrude 150 that was running just fine one minute and dead the next. I have eliminated a fuel problem(that is that I can crank motor and then pull spark plug and it is wet with gas.) I don't know if I have an ignition or a power pack or a stator problem. I have checked shut off switch seems to be ok. Any ideas?
