1995 9.9hp 2 stroke won't start

I have a 1995 2 stroke mercury that wont start.
I have replaced all the carb gaskets and it still wont start.
It will run on quick start but will not run on mix fuel.
Any suggestions on what I should try next?

Check and insure the float & needle are not stuck closed?
